4. Inquiry and Quotation Process

VIART Production's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or force majeure events.

8. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation policies vary by service type and are outlined in individual service agreements. In general:

• Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing
• Cancellations made within 30 days of an event may be subject to additional charges
